Meet Erin

I help clients break the cycle from feeling out of control around food to experiencing peace with food and within their body. I have had my own journey of recovery and I am passionate about helping others experience the same freedom.

My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration & scientific insight. Working together, to stop the punishment, diet cycle, and stress about food to discover what way of eating works best for you and your body.  

In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, at the river or one of the many lakes with my husband and two boys, baking, hiking and paddleboarding!

I believe that all foods fit and practice from an Intuitive Eating, non-diet, & weight-inclusive lens to support you as you re-learn how to nourish your body and develop a healthier relationship with food and yourself!

I provide evidence-based nutrition recommendations and guidelines to optimize your health and meet your nutrition goals.

I also respect that you are the expert of you and work alongside you to find what makes you feel your best!
